Hersonissos
A historical and
picturesque village, 2km south from the port of Hersonissos,
with a panoramic view of the sea. Traditional buildings, renovated handcraft establishments,
picturesque plateaus, streets filled with trees, and narrow streets with old
churches, traditional cafes and taverns offer visitors the splendid local
treats and drinks. Hotels, rooms to rent and apartments of all categories,
built through the endless olive groves, make Hersonissos a wonderful tourist
destination.
Right after Hersonissos, there is the largest and most modern golf installation
in Greece.
